The club’s second annual swap meet will be held in the parking lot behind the clubhouse at 1950 Harbor Drive. The public is invited. Ventura Sail and Power Squadron will offer this 10-week class at 7 p.m. Thursdays through April 25. Taught by an experienced master mechanic, the course covers diesel and gasoline engine systems, general maintenance and troubleshooting techniques to help in discussing repairs with your mechanic. Lots of engine parts are brought in for hands-on discussion. This year’s kickoff event is the Magic Migration Parade at 10 a.m. March 3.
