Water AficionadoTanner, an 8-year-old Schipperke, loves sailing on his owner, Tania Davidsons 32-foot ODay sailboat, which they also call home. Adopted by Davidson in 2013, Tanner is so happy to be on the water again since his breed worked as a companion to Belgium captains as a ratter on river barges. They didn't want to leave him alone for a week when they took a cruise to Catalina, so they decided to bring him along. Mr. Tee, being a low maintenance pet, worked out quite well as part of the crew of Sea Hawk, Tanya said. He has now become a regular on all trips to Catalina.
