Kathleen McLaughlin demonstrates how to explore Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary without getting wet, on a new touch-screen kiosk at Coast Chandlery in Channel Islands Harbor. The NOAA kiosks also allow boaters to check real-time weather forecast and ocean condition reports before heading offshore.
