VENTURA — The beautiful spring weather is the perfect time to spend time outdoors and by the water. Ventura Harbor’s seaside Cottontail Day Festival offers families a time to enjoy the Southern California breezes during the all-day event held by the water.
The annual event will be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., March 19 at Ventura Harbor Village, located at 1583 Spinnaker Drive. Rain date is March 26.
Explore the festival booths, enjoy live entertainment and kids can look for eggs and other treats during the egg hunt for children 1 to 7 years old. The $2 egg hunts will be held every 30 minutes on the Ventura Harbor Village Main Lawn.
The cottontail bunny is available for photos; there are pony rides and games, a petting zoo, hands on crafts and small rides for children.
A fun scavenger hunt takes families through Ventura Harbor Village to the Village Arcade and Carousel.
