Del Rey Landing Offers ValvTect Marine Fuels

MARINA DEL REY — Del Rey Landing, the only fuel dock serving the marina’s nearly 5,300 vessels, has announced it now sells ValvTect Marine Fuels.

Del Rey Landing is one of only four marinas on the West Coast capable of accommodating mega-yachts up to 250 feet in length, and it features both long-term and transient dockage for vessels as large as 250 feet.

The facility offers concierge services, a 2,000-square-foot convenience store and a fueling center that is “state of the art,” said Greg Schem, developer and operator of Del Rey Landing.

“We built the marine industry’s most advanced fuel dock to accommodate Marina del Rey’s thousands of local boaters — and to provide dockage for weekend cruisers, as well as superyachts visiting the Los Angeles area,” Schem said. “We wanted to make sure to offer the best fuel and value to go along with our world-class facility.

ValvTect Marine Diesel with BioGuard Plus 6 and ValvTect Marine Gasoline with ValvTect Ethanol Gasoline Treatment are specially formulated to prevent problems caused by ultra-low-sulfur diesel and ethanol (E10) gasoline.

In addition to preventing fuel-related problems, they can save boaters money by improving fuel economy, Nessenson said. And because these products already contain all the fuel additives needed to prevent fuel-related problems, they eliminate the need to buy expensive aftermarket additives.
