O.C. Parks hires new Dana Point Harbor Manager

DANA POINT ― After a nationwide search, 70 applications, five to six final candidates, a new harbor manager for Dana Point has been hired by O.C. Parks. Shannon Levin was offered and has accepted the position as Dana Point Harbor Manager.

Levin has been the Harbor Supervisor for the City of Newport Beach for nearly nine years. She managed the opening of Marina Park with guest slips in Newport Beach. She also has overseen dredging and construction projects, maintenance of public resources as well as management of tidelands and coastal resources. Levin has a Master’s degree in public administration and a Bachelor of Science in biology.

Levin starts her new position as Dana Point Harbor Manager on June 9.
