‘Sea Scare’ takes over Cabrillo Marine Aquarium Oct. 24

SAN PEDRO — Visitors will see Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in a different – spookier—light as it is transformed into an underwater world for chills and thrills.

Guests are invited to dress in costumes during the “spooktacular” event scheduled from 7-10 p.m., Oct. 24 at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, 3720 Stephen M. White Drive in San Pedro.

There will be a masquerade of ghouls and goblins, trick-or-treating throughout the aquarium and spooky entertainment. Grab some sweet treats along the trick-or-treat trail or take a journey through the haunted boardwalk and try your luck at carnival games. Then dance the night away at the Sea Scare Party Zone.

Kids of all ages can participate in activities planned for the spooky but fun night, which will include some exciting tricks and treats to help celebrate Sea Scare’s 10th anniversary and the aquarium’s 80th anniversary.

Pricing for Sea Scare is $5 adult and $1 for children through the pre-sale admission; $7 adult and $3 children on day of event. The event is free for FRIENDS members. For more information, visit cabrillomarineaquarium.org
