A waiting list for liveaboards and slips. Green marina with environmentally friendly docks and underground parking. Restrooms, electricity, storage lockers, dock carts, water, coin laundry, dock boxes, restaurant, showers, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and health club. Discounts in hotel, bar, restaurant, and gift shop.  Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in slip rent. Complimentary dock and dining reservations. Pet-friendly marina (with some breed restrictions).

Office Hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with the exception of some weekends and holidays.
