Dana Point Harbor Boat Show Opens May 30

DANA POINT — More than 125 boats are set to appear in the water, along with 60 trailerboats and PWCs on land, at the 13th annual Dana Point Harbor In-Water Boat Show, May 30-June 2 at the Dana Point Sail & Events Center, at Ensenada Place and Dana Point Harbor Drive.

According to the show’s producer, more than 10,000 visitors are expected at this year’s event — which features new and brokerage power boats and sailboats, marine services including financing, boating accessories, apparel and more.

Special attractions will include free admission on opening day, Thursday, May 30; and Dollar Day on Friday, May 31, featuring $1 admission, $1 hot dog, $1 beer and $1 soda.

The show will offer free parking and a free shuttle service.

Show hours are noon-7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and finally 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $12 (credit cards accepted) for adults; free for children under 12 accompanied by a paying adult. Discount coupons offering $3 off will be distributed before the show, in print advertising.

The show is presented by Vintage Marina Partners and produced by Hebert Management Associates, in cooperation with the County of Orange and OC Dana Point Harbor.
