Flashback to Dana Point Harbor Revitalization in 1972

After 20-some years in the making, a lease was finally signed in the autumn of 2018 to revitalize Dana Point Harbor. Oddly enough, this photo taken in 1972 – almost 46 years to the day the revitalization lease was signed – shows the harbor being developed.
