West’s Largest In-the-Water Boat Show Returns to Newport, April 19-22

NEWPORT BEACH — The Newport Boat Show — the largest in-water exhibition of big boats west of Ft. Lauderdale — is scheduled to return to Lido Marina Village for its 39th year, April 19-22.

With more than 300 boats on display and no limit on the size of bigger vessels, the show consistently attracts serious buyers from across the nation and exhibitors representing yachts from around the world. Along with the large luxurious yachts for which the show is well known, show-goers will find a wide selection of 35- to 65-foot boats — including motoryachts, sportfishers, trawler yachts, sport yachts and family cruisers.

At the Newport Boat Show, attendees will have a rare opportunity to step aboard scores of the newest boats — along with ocean-tested brokerage yachts — to inspect and compare the unique features of each model. All will be available at special boat show pricing.

Along with the largest display of big boats and yachts on the Pacific Coast, the Newport Boat Show will present the latest boating gear, marine electronics, accessories and services — including marine financing and insurance.

Show hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $15 for adults; free for children 12 and younger accompanied by a paid adult. Admission includes access to free off-site parking and shuttle service.

The Newport Boat Show is produced annually by the Duncan McIntosh Co. Inc. — publisher of The Log Newspaper, Sea Magazine, Boating World and Editor & Publisher; and producer of the Lido Yacht Expo, Sept. 27-30.
