Captain Ray Elledge and girlfriend Jude Hannah take in the beautiful scenery aboard a chartered boat in Dubai. Elledge and Hannah departed from Dubai Creek and traveled along the salty, turquoise gulf waters to explore the area’s coastline, fishing grounds, shipyards, Palm Islands and the worldfamous Berj Al Arab hotel.
