Letter to the Editor: Boating Safety and 'Dog Aboard'
posted: 9/14/2012Yes, the picture in the Aug. 31-Sept. 13 issue’s Dog Aboard feature was so cute. But why didn’t you tell the owners that their dog needs to wear a life preserver -- and so do they.
That photo does not send a good message to our boaters, or to those who are new to boating.
