Dana West Yacht Club to host 22nd annual Charity Regatta

Fundraising race will be held May 31 to June 2.

DANA POINT—Racers of all levels are invited to participate in Dana West Yacht Club’s 22nd annual Charity Regatta, which will benefit the American Cancer Society. The regatta will be held on May 31 to June 2 at Dana Point.

The “Sailing for Life” regatta will offer participants several opportunities to raise funds for cancer. Kicking off the regatta will be an amateur PHRF race (for Spinnaker and non-Spinnaker) from Newport Beach to Dana Point.

Also featured during various stages of the regatta are silent and live auctions, a Dinghy Poker Run event, and music and dancing.
